Information we process
Little Inventors Technologies Private Limited (Plot 112, First Floor, My Home Vihanga Road, Gachibowli, Hyderabad – 500032, Telangana, India) processes account and contact details, student and guardian information, course access, scheduling preferences, attendance, payments and invoices, classroom messages, learning progress, saved projects, AI interactions and class recordings where enabled. We use this information to provide teaching, support, security, quality review and payment administration. We do not sell personal data.
Children and recordings
A parent or legal guardian must authorise a child’s purchase and the online recording acknowledgement. Online classes may record audio, video and shared classroom content for quality and review. Access is limited by classroom permissions to authorised participants and staff. Promotional use requires separate permission.
Hosting and service providers
Our core application database and class recording storage are hosted in India. We also use external providers for hosting and delivery, authentication and database services, AI responses, payments and WhatsApp communications, including Vercel, Supabase, Google Cloud, Razorpay and Meta, and configured AI providers such as Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic or DeepSeek.
These providers receive the information needed for their service. AI requests can include classroom messages and relevant workspace content. External providers may process information outside India under their own infrastructure and terms; India hosting does not mean every processing activity stays in India.
Retention
Class recordings: three calendar months from class end, with calendar month-end adjustment. AI prompt logs: 60 days. Classroom chat and student reflection text: 90 days. WhatsApp message text and payloads: 90 days. Intermediate workspace checkpoints: 90 days; final saved projects are retained.
Retention jobs remove or redact expired content. Limited identifiers, delivery status, timestamps and audit metadata may remain after text is removed. Accounts, final saved work, course access and payment or invoice records are retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting and security obligations. Removal runs through periodic retention jobs rather than at the exact expiry instant.
Your requests, grievances and security
Email us to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and guardian relationship. Deletion requests are subject to legal recordkeeping, fraud prevention and the rights of other participants. We restrict access by role and classroom permissions and use service security controls; no system can guarantee absolute security.

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt.
