Who operates Learnbit
Learnbit is operated by Little Inventors Technologies Private Limited (Plot 112, First Floor, My Home Vihanga Road, Gachibowli, Hyderabad – 500032, Telangana, India). An adult student or the parent or legal guardian of a child must accept these terms before purchase.
Your course
The course page specifies the curriculum edition, session count, teaching mode, delivery, price and requirements. Course access is for the named student and is not transferable. The purchased curriculum edition remains pinned to your course.
Delivery is online or at the centre as confirmed at checkout. Delivery cannot be switched after purchase. Online students need a suitable device and reliable internet; guardians arrange safe arrival and collection for centre classes, and students must treat centre equipment with care.
Payment and course access
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes; the total shown at checkout is the amount payable. Payment confirmation grants course access and issues a numbered invoice. A pending or failed order does not grant access. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card credentials.
A purchase may receive an available timetable automatically or require an administrator to arrange one. Course access does not guarantee an immediate class start.
Scheduling and rescheduling
A course with S sessions has a reserved window of S + 4 timetable slots. The four extra slots are a buffer, not four additional teaching sessions.
A student-requested reschedule or student no-show moves every remaining class forward by one timetable slot, consumes one buffer slot and does not extend the course window. This applies regardless of reason or notice; there is no separate notice-based free allowance.
A trainer-requested reschedule, trainer no-show, or unscheduled centre closure or service disruption on our side moves every remaining class forward by one slot and extends the course window by one slot. It does not consume the student’s remaining buffer.
Requests follow the agreed timetable rather than creating an arbitrary extra class time. Staff handle requests while rescheduling automation is being introduced. Contact us by email; students with purchased courses may also use Bit through their course WhatsApp service. Confirm changes with staff before relying on a revised timetable.
When the reserved window ends, any undelivered classes require an additional purchase at the pro-rata session price. Unused classes do not become credits, reopen the window or carry into another course.
Refunds and cancellation
Purchases and classes cannot be cancelled by the customer for a refund. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, non-attendance or unused classes. Rescheduling is governed by the rules above.
If we cannot arrange an initial timetable within a reasonable period after purchase, or if we have to discontinue a course before completion, we refund the undelivered sessions on a pro-rata basis (or in full if no classes have been delivered). This policy does not limit remedies or rights required by applicable law. Contact us about duplicate charges, payment errors or a service we cannot provide.
Online class recordings
By purchasing an online course, the adult student or parent or legal guardian agrees that classes may be recorded, including audio, video and shared classroom content where enabled, for teaching quality, review and learning support. Recordings are available only through authorised access and are not used for public promotion without separate permission.
Recordings are retained for three calendar months from the end of the class, then removed through the retention process. Our privacy policy explains other retention periods and external provider processing.
Learning, conduct and student work
Teaching may be trainer-led, trainer with an assistant, or assistant-led, as stated on the course page. AI responses can be imperfect; students should not share unnecessary sensitive information. Guardians remain responsible for age-appropriate account use and keeping credentials secure.
Students retain ownership of their original work. Curriculum materials remain the rights holders’ property and may not be redistributed or resold. Permission for promotional use of student work is requested separately. Treat students, staff and centre equipment respectfully; unsafe or abusive behaviour, or intentional damage to centre property, may lead to suspension and responsibility for repair or replacement costs, subject to applicable law.
Liability and disclaimers
Courses are educational services; we do not guarantee specific academic, examination or career outcomes. Except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a course or these terms is limited to the amount paid for the course giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Governing law and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or a course purchase.
For consumer or privacy grievances, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@learnbit.ai or write to Little Inventors Technologies Private Limited, Plot 112, First Floor, My Home Vihanga Road, Gachibowli, Hyderabad – 500032, Telangana, India. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt.
Policy versions
The version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. Later changes do not retrospectively change an existing purchase. Privacy and refunds policies form part of these terms.
